 Junior Lynx Youth Football Program
The Jr Lynx is a foundational program for the Abraham Lincoln Lynx. In cooperation with the Abraham Lincoln football staff, Jr Lynx will learn what it takes to to become a member of the Lynx family. The Jr Lynx players will have the opportunity to learn the Abraham Lincoln offense and defense while being instructed on the basic fundamentals of football. More importantly - Abraham Lincoln football believes that there are more important lessons to be taught than simply winning and losing. This belief applies to Jr Lynx as well, Jr Lynx will learn to be succesful both on and off the field. The following is open to all kids, ages 7 through 14 (elementary thru middle school) * Team Divisions: - 8U (2nd-3rd Grades)
- 9U (4th Grade)
- 10U (5th Grade)
- 11U (6th Grade)
- 12U (7th Grade) JV Squad
- 13/14U (8th Grade) Varsity Squad * Teams will compete in the Metro Youth Football League of Omaha
* Head Coaches are Certified through USA Football's National Governing Body ensuring that your child will be receive the best instruction on proper fundamentals.
* All practices will be held at Abraham Lincoln High School
